BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ---------- coo ---------- IN THE MATTER OF THE PUR- CHASE FROM IRS. OLIVE Ke McCAN OF LAND FOR ROAD NEAR LATHROP* - ---------- coo ---------- RESOLVED, that Whereas Olive K. McCan and F. A. McCan, her husband,•of the County of San Joaquin, State of California, did on the 26th day of March, 1904 by a good and sufficient deed, convey to the County of San Joaquin for the agreed price of 75* a right-of-way for use as a public road to the following described real property,to-wit; All that certain strip or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County of San Joaquin, State of California, com- mencing at a point'on the Section line,between Sections twenty-three (23) and twenty-six (26) Township one (1) South, Range six (6) East Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, 100 feet West of the center of the Central Pacific Railroad; thence Southerly* and parallel with said center line three hundred and twelve 9/10 (312.9) feet to the North line of "H" street of the town of.Lathrop produced easterly; thence at right angles westerly along said North line of "H" street produced 60 feet; thence -North- erly and parallel with the center line of said,Central Pacific Railroad three hundred twelve 9/10 (312.9) feet to the Section line; thence Easterly along said Section line 60 feet to the point of beginning. Now, therefore, in consideration of the foregoing it is hereby ordered that the strip or parcel of land hereinabove described be, and it is hereby declared to be a public highw&y, and open to the public.
