<br />NOTICE OF TIME AND PLACE
<br />For Hearing Report of Viewers Upon
<br />the Road Petitioned for by Romaine
<br />Moll and others in Dent Road Dis•
<br />trict.

<br />To Non -Consenting Land Owners:
<br />.In pursuance of an order of the Board
<br />of Supervisors* of the County of San Joa-
<br />quin, State of California, made on Tues-
<br />day the 7th day of June, 1904, you are
<br />hereby notified that the said Board of
<br />Supervisors have appointed Wednesday,
<br />the 6th day of July, 1904, at 2 o'clock p.
<br />in., at the Court House, in the City of
<br />Stockton, as the time and place for hear-
<br />ing the report of viewers appointed by
<br />the said Board of Supervisors on the 3rd
<br />day of May, 1904, to view and locate a
<br />public road in Dent Township, as peti-
<br />tioned for by Romaine Moll et al.
<br />The general route or description is as
<br />follows, to -wit:
<br />Commencing for, the center line at a
<br />point in the center of the present traveled
<br />road and 600 feet east of the sec. cor.
<br />common to sections 33 and 34 T. 1 S. R. 8 1
<br />E. and sections 3 and 4 T. 2 S., R. 8 E.
<br />M. D. B. & M., and run thence east on
<br />the township line to the common corner
<br />to secs. 31 - and 32 T. 1 S, R. 9 E. and
<br />5 and 6 T. 2 S. R. 9 E., thence south on
<br />the sec. line 1515 feet, thence east 5797
<br />fbet to connect with county road No. 237,
<br />at the village of Escalon. Said road to
<br />be sixty (60) feet in width and of the en-
<br />tire width one-half (1/2) shall lie on each
<br />side of the above described center line.
<br />The County of San Joaquin is at present
<br />In possession of a right of way along
<br />the above described general route. Said
<br />right of way is graded and continually
<br />used as a public highway. The petition
<br />proposes an uniform width of sixty (60)
<br />feet throughout the entire length of said
<br />road.
<br />And you are further notified to. be
<br />present at said time and place and con- .
<br />test the approval of said report if you see
<br />fit and show cause, if any you.have, why
<br />said report should not be.approved and
<br />said road finally established. '
<br />Said proposed road passes over the land
<br />of M. Carroll, Geo. Wagner, John Leisy,
<br />Margaret E. Omalley et al, Mrs. B. ren-
<br />nan, Mrs. C. Von Glohn, L. J. Donee,
<br />(a minor), P. Saxton, S. J. V. Bank, E. L.
