We notified the resident owners, or agents of the owners, of the lands, of the proposed route. We then viewed and laid out the proposed new road .over, the most practical route, and over the same lands mentioned in the Petition. [Section 2686 of the Political Code of the State of California, subdivision one, requires as follows: The course, terminii, length and probable cost of construction of the proposed road.] We find the course, terminii and length of said proposed road to be as follows: Cormiencing for the center line at a point in the center of the Present traveled road and 600 feet East.of the sec. eor.common to sections 33 and 34 T.1 S.R.8 E, and sections 3 and 4.T 2 S. R.8 E M. D.B. &. M. and run thence East on the Township line to the conmon corner to secs. 31 and 32 T.1 S. R.9 E. and 5 and 6 T. 2 S.R.9 E. thence south on the sec. line 1515 feet ; thence East 5797 feet to aanneet. with Coftn.ty road no.237. at the village of Esealon.
