Subdivision five of Section 2686, Political Code, requires as follows: [Such other facts bearing upon the subject of importance to be known by the Board of Supervisors.] The County is at present in possession of a Right -of. -way that varies in width from 60 feet to 80 feet, and the same has been in the possession of the County for a number of years and is graded and continually used as a public highway. We think that a roadway of 60 feet in width will be sufficient and that the adjacent property Will be benefited by a uniform width of highway. The main reason for the petition for this road was to ( decide on the width and to secure deeds after r.docirling as the County appears to have no deeds to the right of way. The parties from whome deeds should be secured are as follows: - Estate of M.Carroll , Geo.Wagner , John Leisy, Margaret.E.
