We then viewed and laid out the proposed new, road over the most practical route, and over the same lands mentioned in the Petition. [Section 2686 of the Political Code of the State of California, subdivision one, requires as follows: The course, terminii, length and probable cost of construction of the proposed road.] We find the course, terminii and length of said proposed.road to be as follows: Commencing for the centor lincv at a point,whieh is the inber— section of the East line of sec.24 T.1 S.R..9 E. M.D.B.&.M. with the South line of the Iferced branch of the S.P. R.R.Right of way, and running thence South on the East lino of sections 24 and 25, T.1 S.R.9 E„ and section 1 T. 2 S.R.9 E. to the South line of the French Camp Road.
