<br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PARCEL MAP OF LOT 1 OF THE FARMINGTON VINEYARD TRACT
<br />AND A PORTION OF THE EAST HALF OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 1 NORTH, RANGE 8 EAST,
<br />MOUNT DIABLO BASE AND MERIDIAN, COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, BY
<br />DESIGN CONCEPTS, AT THE REQUEST OF A. F. RIPLEY (PM-82-121), AND ACCEPTING A
<br />CERTAIN ROAD RETURN DEDICATION ON DRAIS AVENUE, ROAD NO. 326
<br />WHEREAS, on May 19, 1982, the Development Committee of the County of San
<br />Joaquin, State of California, did conditionally approve Tentative Parcel Map
<br />No. PM-82-121 of A. F. Ripley, said property being located at the northeast
<br />corner of Drais Avenue and State Highway Route 4, west of the Town of Farmington,
<br />County of San Joaquin, State of California; and
<br />WHEREAS, on July 274 1982, A. F. Ripley, Mignon C. Ripley, and Marygrace
<br />Langford did offer to dedicate to the County of San Joaquin for public use the
<br />road return at the intersection of Drais Avenue and State Highway Route 4, as
<br />shown on said Final Parcel Map resulting from said Tentative Parcel Map
<br />-No. the Farmington Vifieyara Tract and a portion of the
<br />east half of Section 15, Township 1 North, Range 8 East, Mount Diablo Base and
<br />Meridian, San Joaquin County, California, by Design Concepts, for A. F. Ripley.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
<br />San Joaquin that it does hereby approve said Final Parcel Map of Lot 1 of the
<br />\ Farmington Vineyard Tract and a portion of the east half of Section 15, Township
<br />Y• 1 North, Range 8 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, San Joaquin County,
<br />California, by Design Concepts at the request of A. F. Ripley, and the Chairman
<br />of the Board be, and is hereby authorized and directed to endorse on said Final
<br />Parcel Map the approval of this Board.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
<br />County of San Joaquin, that the offer of dedication to the County of San Joaquin
<br />for public use, the road return at Drais Avenue, as shown on said Final Parcel
<br />Map, be accepted, and said Board of Supervisors does hereby accept said
<br />dedication on behalf of the public for public use, and said strip be, and the
<br />same is hereby declared to be from this time forth a public highway for road
<br />purposes, and that this Resolution be recorded in the Office of the County
<br />Recorder of said County of San Joaquin.
