B <br />IN SAID COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN <br />WHEREAS, ten freeholders who will be accommodated by the proposed road described in the <br />petition therefor, (and which said road is hereinafter more particularly described,) two of whom are resi- <br />dents of the said Road District wherein a part of the proposed road is situated, and who are taxable therein <br />for road purposes, are about to petition, in writing, the Board of Supervisors of said County of San Joaquin, <br />fpr the laying out of a new road, which said Tiew road is more particularly described as follows, to -wit: <br />Commencing at the south line of the Farmington road and the center of <br />a 30 foot private road in the middle of the west 1/2 of Section 15, <br />T. 1 N. R. 8 E.) M. D. B. & M., thence south along said private road <br />to Section 22, T. 1 N.
