BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA. <br />000 <br />In the Matter of the Petition <br />to Vacate, Discontinue, Abandon, <br />and Abolish a Portion of a Certain <br />Public Highway in Road District <br />No. One in San Joaquin County, <br />California. <br />000 <br />ORDER VACATING, DISCONTINUING, ABANDONING, AND ABOLISHING <br />A PORTION OF A CERTAIN HIGHWAY IN ROAD DISTRICT NO. ONE IN <br />DOUGLASS TOWNSHIP, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA. <br />000 <br />THIS MATTER CAME ON REGULARLY to be heard this 15th, day of February, <br />1926, at the hour of 11:00 o'clock A.M., at a regular meeting of said <br />Board of Supervisors on the petition of D.E.Young and nine others, free- <br />holders of Road District No. One in Douglass Township of San Joaquin <br />County, at least two of said petitioners being residents of said Road <br />District No. One in which the property affected is situate, and all of <br />said petitioners being taxable in said Road District No. One for road <br />purposes, praying for an order vacating, discontinuing, abandoning, and <br />abolishing a portion of the A.S.Drais Road 1326, a public highway in said <br />Road District No. One, which said portion of said road is more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />All that portion of the following described right-of-way lying East of <br />a line 30 feet East of the 4 section line North and South in Section 10, T. <br />1 N., R. 8 E., M•D.B.& M.: <br />Commencing at a point on the center line of the A.S.Drais Road No. 326, <br />which is 265 feet South of the center of Section 10, T. 1 N., R. 8 E., and <br />run thence for the center line of a 60-foot right-of-way South 310-16' E. <br />139.7 feet, thence South 260-5' West 165.8 feet to the center of the said <br />A.S.Drais Road No. 326. <br />AND IT FURTHER APPEARING to this Board of Supervisors that said petition <br />is in all respects regular and sufficient and in conformity with the laws of <br />the State of California, in such oases made and provided, and it appearing <br />that due and legal notice of the hearing of said petition has been given <br />
