Fredrick 3.0 " <br />480 " " " - <br />:150,,00 <br />Mrs. McMullin 12.3 " <br />542 " " " - <br />800100 <br />W, Trahern 3.6 " <br />320 " " " <br />�P280 ,, 00 <br />Total $1850100; <br />and , <br />]*PEAS, the said petition is now pending before <br />said Board of Supervisors; and <br />MDMAS, the said viewers reported that none of the <br />said land owners consented; <br />THIS, THER.FORE, is to acknowledge that we, and each <br />of us (being the persons named above as the owners of said <br />land) hereby consent and agree , in writing, With said <br />San Joaquin County to give and to grant the necessary <br />right-of-way for said proposed road over our respective <br />lands as laid out and recommended by the viewers of said <br />road, and to execute to the county of San Joaquin, in con- <br />sideration of the amount of damages set opposite our re- <br />spective names , our proper deeds to said right-of-way <br />in all respects satisfactory to the District Attorney of <br />said County. <br />This instrument may be attached to the petition_ and <br />report of viewers heretofore filed with the Board of Super- <br />visors , and have the same effect as if we had given our <br />written consent to said vieviers , and the same had been <br />
