<br />For Hearing Report of Viewers Upon
<br />the Road Petitioned for by B. F.
<br />Rolerson and Others in Tulare Road

<br />To Non -Consenting Land Owners:
<br />In pursuance of an order of the Board
<br />of Supervisors of the,, county of San Joa-
<br />quin, State of California, made on the
<br />W day of January, 1905, you are hereby
<br />notified that the said Board of Super-
<br />visors have appointed
<br />TUESDAY, THE 7TH DAY OF FEBRU-
<br />ARY, 1905, at 2 O'CLOCK P. M.,
<br />at the Courthouse, in the city of Stock-
<br />ton, as the time and place for hearing
<br />the report of viewers appointed by the
<br />said Board of Supervisors on the 6th day
<br />of December, 1904, to view and locate a
<br />public road in Tulare Township, as peti-
<br />tioned for`by B. F. Rolerson et al. The

<br />Commencing at the southeast corner of
<br />the,northeast quarter of section 24, T. 1
<br />N., R. 5 E., M. D. B. & M., and running
<br />thence north on the township line, as
<br />per attached plat, to the southeast cor-
<br />ner of the northeast quarter of the north -
<br />bast quarter of section 13, T. 1 N., R.
<br />5 E.
<br />And you are further notified to be
<br />present at said time and place and con-
<br />test the approval of said report if you see
<br />fit and show cause, if any you have, why
<br />said report should not be approved and
<br />said road finally established.
<br />Said proposed road passes over the
<br />land of 0. Perrin Estate, H. Meyers, A. J.
<br />Lund, Wm. Pile, Mrs. T. A. Hitchcock,
<br />Mrs. W. B. Harelson, B. F. Rolerson.

<br />lished for the dissemination of local and telegraphic news and intelligence o
<br />a general character, having a bona fide subscription list of paying subscrib-
<br />ers, and was not devoted to the interests, nor published for the entertain-
<br />ment, of any particular class, profession, trade, calling, rac r denomination,
