<br />The land referred to in this policy is described as follows:
<br />That certain real property situated in'the County of San Joaquin,
<br />State of California, described as follows:
<br />A portion of the Southeast one -quarter (SE 1/4) of the Northeast
<br />one -quarter (NE 1/4) of Section thirteen (13),-Township One (1)
<br />South, Range five (5)-East,-Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, more
<br />particularly described as follows: -
<br />COMMENCING at -the Northeast corner of Section 13, Township 1 South,
<br />Range 5 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian; thence South 89a56'
<br />50" West along the North line of said Section, 20.0 feet to a
<br />5/811 diameter iron pin which marks -the Northerly terminus of.the
<br />center line of that certain 40.0 foot wide strip of land for,road
<br />purposes described in Deed to San -Joaquin County, recorded in Book
<br />"A" of Deeds, Vol. 58, page 385, San Joaquin County Records; thence
<br />South 00°051101,1_East, parallel with and 20.0 feet Westerly of
<br />(measured atjight angles) the East line of said Section 13, and
<br />being along,_the center line of the aforesaid 40.0 foot strip of land,
<br />a distance of 1314.15 feet, more or less, to intersection with the
<br />North line-of,the.Southeast one -quarter (SE 1/4) of the Northeast
<br />one -quarter -(NE 1/4) of said Section 13, also being the North line of
<br />that certain,43.93 acre tract of land described in Deed to J. P. and
<br />Minnie Ratto, recorded in Vol. 1107, page 359, Book of Official Records
<br />of San-Joaquin.Courity, said intersection being the true point of
<br />beginning of ;the following described parcel of land;`thence South
<br />00 02130" East, along the West line of that certain 20.0 foot wide
<br />strip -of land for road purposes described in Deed to San Joaquin
<br />County, recorded in Book "A" of Deeds, Vol. 129, page 137, San Joaquin
<br />County Records, a distance of 130.0 feet; thence le-aving said West line,
<br />North 080471151,t,_West 131.54 feet to the North line of said 43.93 acre
<br />tract described in deed to J.,P. and Minnie Ratto; thence North 89*58,
<br />50" East along said North line, also being the center line of the
<br />aforesaid 40.0 foot wide strip of land described in said Deed recorded
<br />in Book "Atriof-Deeds, Vol. 58,.page 385, a distance of 20.0 feet to the
<br />true -point of.beginning.
<br />Containing 0.030 acre, more or less, of which 0.021 acre, more or less
<br />lies outside present right of way.
