<br />hereby grant and convey to the County of San Joaquin, a political subdivision of the State of California,

<br />A portion of,,tl e' Southeast One -quarter (SE4 ) of the Northeast One -
<br />quarter (NE") of`Section Thirteen (13), Township one (1) South, Range
<br />five (5) East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, more particularly de-
<br />scribed as follows:
<br />Commencing at the northeast corner of Section Thirteen (13) T. 1 S.,
<br />R. 5 E., M. D. B. & M.; thence S. 890 561 50" W. along the north line -
<br />of said Section, 20.0 feet to a 5/8" diameter iron pin which marks the
<br />northerly terminus of the centerline of that certain 40.0 foot wide strip
<br />of land for road purposes described in deed to San Joaquin County, re-
<br />corded in Book "A" of Deeds, Volume 58, page 385, San Joaquin County
<br />Records; thence S. 000 051 10" E., parallel with and 20.0 feet westerly
<br />of measured at right angles) the east line of said Section Thirteen
<br />(13�, and being along the centerline of the aforesaid 40.0 foot strip
<br />of -land., a distance of 1314.15 feet, more or less, to intersection with
<br />the north line of the southeast one -quarter (SE) of the northeast one -
<br />quarter (NE,j) of said Section Thirteen (13), also being the north line
<br />of that certain 43.93 acre tract of land described in deed to J. P. and
<br />Minnie Ratto, recorded in Volume 1107, page 359, Book of Official Records
<br />of San Joaquin County, said intersection being the true point of begin-
<br />ning of the following described parcel of land; thence S. 000 021,30" E.
<br />along the west line of that certain 20.0 foot wide strip of land for
<br />road purposes described in deed to San Joaquin County, recorded in Book
<br />"A" of Deeds, Volume 129, page 137, San Joaquin County Records, a dis-
<br />tance of 130.0 feet; thence leaving said west line, N. 080 47t 15" W.
<br />131.54 feet to the north line of said 43.93 acre tract described in
<br />deed to J. P. and Minnie Ratto; thence N. 890 581 50" E. along said
<br />north line, also being the centerline of the aforesaid 40.0 foot wide
<br />strip of land described in said deed recorded in Book "A" of Deeds,
<br />Volume 58, page 385, a distance of 20.0 feet to the true point of
<br />beginning.
<br />Containing 0.030 acre, more or less, of which 0.021 acre, more or
<br />less, lies outside present right of way.
