We then viewed and laid out the proposed new road over the most practical route, and over the same lands mentioned in the Petition. [Section 2686 of the Political Code of the State of California, subdivision one, requires as follows: The course, terminii, length and probable cost of construction of the proposed road.] We find the course, terminii and length of said proposed road to be as follows: Commencing for the Center line of the said proposed road at a point on the :section line between Sections 3 and 4 in Tp 2 S R 8� P� h4.D.B & hf on the Southeasterly side of toe French Camp road and 539 feet South of the Northeast corner of said Section 4 and run thence south along the section line between Sections 3 &4, 9 & 10, 15 & if to the 1/4 corner between Sections 15 & 16 and connect with the river. road.
