<br />And Whereas,_ this Board has determined that it would be for the advantage,
<br />benefit and best interest of said.County of S€in Joaquin that said deeds be
<br />accepted , because said strips of land are now necessary as a highway for
<br />road purposes.
<br />It is, therefore, ordered, adjudged and determined that the said deeds
<br />be, and the same are hereby accepted for and on behalf of the County of
<br />San Joaquin,State of California, and that the said strips of land mentioned
<br />in said deeds be, and the same are hereby declared to be from this -.,time
<br />forth -a public highway for road purposes.
<br />It is further ordered and det,ermine&, that all of said land mentioned
<br />in said deeds,be, and the same is,hereby ordered to be opened for the
<br />public use.
