BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IF MHE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUII7, STATE <br />01" CATI-9)RNIA. <br />------ 000----- <br />Whereas, Arbor Barth, T. A. Proudfit, H. A. Forrester, F. M. <br />Troutner, H. M. Crabb, G. W. Earle, 14. P. Kennedy, J. W. Nixon, <br />C. J. Valencia and D. A. Spencer , have heretofore presented to <br />this Board their deed to a right of way�ldw the following described <br />stip of land, to -wit: <br />Commencing at the County road at the corner to Sections 8, 9, 16 <br />and 17, Township one (1) South, Range nine (9) East, Hount Diablo Base <br />and T42eridian, and run thence West on the Section line between Sections 7, <br />8,17 and 18 of Township one (1) South, Range nine (9) East and Sections <br />12 and 13, T. 1 S. R. 8 Past to the Mariposa Road, a distance of 2 miles <br />and 1945 feet; <br />, And Whereas, this Board has neternined that it would be for the <br />advantage, benefit and best interest of said County of San Joaquin <br />that said deedsbe accepted , because said strip of land is now <br />necessary as a highway for road purposes; <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, O:RDERED,ADJUDGED AND DZTER.1,11 TEIi, that the said <br />deeds be, and the same are hereby accepted for and on behelf of said <br />County of San Joaquin, State of. California,, and that the said stripsof <br />land mentioned in said deeds be, and the same is hereby declared to be <br />from this time forth a public highway for road purposes. <br />It is fni-th.er ordered and determined that all of said land mentioned <br />in said deeds be, and the same is hereby ordered to be opened for the <br />public i�se, <br />Dated: June d , 1913. <br />-1J9 <br />
