A portion of Section fourteen (14), Township one (1) South, Range nine (9) East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of said Section fourteen; thence North 89° 29' 20" West along the north line of said Section fourteen, being the centerline of Dodds Road (40 feet wide), 1444.27 feet; thence South 0° 30' 40" West 20.00 feet to the most northwesterly corner of that certain tract of land described in deed to County of San Joaquin, recorded in Volume 1083, page 84, Book of Official Records of San Joaquin County; thence along the westerly and southwesterly line of said County land the following two (2) courses: (1) South 0° 30' 40" West 10.00 feet, and (2) southeasterly on a curve to the right, radius 1464.95 feet (the long chord of which bears South 74' 47' 15" East 743.55 feet) an arc distance of 751.78 feet; thence from a tangent that bears North 60° 05' 10" West, northwesterly on a curve to the right, radius 242.21 feet (the long chord of which bears North 400 51' 27" West 159.54 feet), an arc distance of 162.57 feet to the northeasterly line of said County land, and being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence leaving said northeasterly line, and continue along said 242.21 foot -radius curve to the right (the long chord of which bears North 16° 45' 07.5" West 41.18 feet), an arc distance of 41.23 feet; thence North 48° 54' 24" West 45.57 feet to a point that is thirty (30) feet southerly of (measured at right angles) said north line of Section fourteen; thence North 89' 29' 20" West parallel with said north line of Section fourteen, a distance of 143.39 feet to said northeasterly line of County land; thence along said northeasterly line of County land, from a tangent that bears North 73' 21' 47" West, northwesterly on a curve to the left, radius 1524.95 feet (the long chord of which bears North 74° 04' 11" West 37.61 feet), an arc distance of 37.61 feet to the south line of said Dodds Road; thence South 89° 29' 20" East along said south line of Dodds Road 300.51 feet to the southwesterly line of the Southern Pacific Transportation Company's 100 foot wide right of way; thence South 43° 03' 40" East along said Transportation Company's southwesterly line 420.18 feet to aforesaid northeasterly line of County of San Joaquin land; thence along said County's northeasterly line, from a tangent that bears North 49° 37' 35" West, northwesterly on a curve to the left, radius 1524.95 feet (the long chord of which bears North 57° 41' 27" West 427.86 feet), an arc distance of 429.28 feet to the true point of beginning.
