Taro, for the exchange of a parcel <br />of their land containing 0.563 acre for an adjacent parcel of County right of <br />way containing a 0.525 acre be, and hereby are, accepted. <br />BE' IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plans and Specifications for the'Re- <br />alignment of Cometa Road at Dodds Road be, and hereby are, approved. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED'that the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors <br />be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to execute the Right of Way C:on- <br />tract and Order Declaring a Public Highway, and order the Grant Deed and <br />Order Declaring a Public Highway be recorded in the Recorder's Office of San <br />Joaquin County.
