GRANT OF EASEMENT

<br />do hereby grant to the County of San Joaquin, a political,subdivision
<br />of the State of California, an easement for the construction,
<br />operation, maintenance and repair of a storm drain over and across
<br />the herein described real property situated in the County of San
<br />Joaquin, State.of California, and more particularly described as
<br />follows:
<br />A parcel of land in Section thirty-three (33),
<br />Township two (2) North, Range five (5) East, Mount
<br />Diablo Base and Meridian, more particularly described
<br />as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Section corner common to Sections
<br />3, 4, 9 and 10, T. 1 N.,.R. 5 E., M. D. B. & M.; thence
<br />N. 000 01' 00" W.�along the section line common to said
<br />Sections, 3 and 4, a distance of ;,-*5257 ? 4,0 feet to the
<br />Section corner common to said Sections 3 and 4 and to
<br />Sections 33 and 34, T. 2 N., R. 5 E.; thence northerly
<br />along Holt Road the .following eight (8) courses: (1)

<br />feet, (3) N. 260 20' E., 433.5 feet, (4) N. 28' 14' E.,
<br />349.9 feet, (5).N. 31 22' E.; 224.9 feet,,(6) N. 140 49'
<br />W., 467.5 feet, (7) .N. 8° 20' W., 271.1 feet, and (8)
<br />N. 34° 04' W., 430.67 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
<br />thence leaving Holt Road, N 440 06' 20" E., 28.05 feet;
<br />thence N. 341 05' 20" W.,,40.0 feet; thence S. 440 06•'
<br />20" W., 68.00 feet; thence S. 340 05' 20" E., 40.00
<br />feet; thence N. 44° 06' 20" E., 39.95 feet to the true
<br />point of beginning.
<br />Containing 0.061 acre, more or less.
<br />This grant of easement is made on the. condition that should
<br />the County of San Joaquin, a political subdivision of the State

<br />of California,, or its successors or assigns at any time permanently
<br />and finally by proceedings of record abandon the. use of said real•
<br />property for the construction, operation, maintenance and repair
<br />of a storm drain, thon this easement and all the rights herein
<br />conveyed shall be forfeited and shall revert without notice unto
<br />the grantor's ,.successors, administrators, and assigns,aand the
<br />said grantors -, successors, administrators, and assigns shall
<br />have the right of immediate reentry upon said real property in
<br />the event of such abandonment as herein set forth; the said
