<br />to this Board their deeds to a T-ight, of way for the following
<br />described strips of land, towit:-
<br />Geo. F. Buck:- A strip of land 20 feet wide and 6312.8 feet
<br />long, more or -less, and containing 2.90 acres, more or less, ad-
<br />joining on the south side, the county road which Tuns east and west
<br />through the center of Section 7, and Section 8, both "being in T. I
<br />IL.) R. 6 E61 X.D,B. and IL, and particularly bounded and described
<br />as follows -
<br />Commencing at a point on the west line of the southeast 1/4 of
<br />said Section 7,►and 40 feet south of the north line of said south-
<br />east 1/4; thence south along said west line 20 feet; thence east -
<br />parallel to and 60 feet distant from the north line of said south-
<br />east 1/4 to east line of said Section 7; thence continuing east in
<br />Section 8 of said township parallel to and 60 feet southerly from the
<br />north line of the south half of said section 6, to a point 60 feet
<br />south of an iron stake set for the center of said Section 8; thence
<br />east 85145 feet; thence south 65 degrees, 05 minutes east (run true
<br />meridian) 165 feet more or- less to the west bank of the San JoaqLlin
<br />River; thence northerly along the west bank of San Joaquin River to
<br />the. south line of said county road; thence north-65 degrees, 05
<br />minutes west (run true meridian) 165 feet more or less.to a point
<br />40 feet south of the north line -of the south half of said Section 8
<br />thence westerly parallel to and 40 feet south of the north line of
<br />the south half of said Section 8, and following the south line of
<br />the public highway to the west line of said Section 8,; thence west
<br />parallel to and 40 feet south of the north line of the S*Ei, 1/4 of
<br />said Section 7, and following the south line of said public highway,
<br />to the point of commencement.
<br />.Albert Lindley:- First, a strip of land 20 feet wide and adjoin-
<br />ing the north line of the County Road lying in the N. W, 1/4 of
<br />Sec., 7, T, 1 N* R. 6 Et, and joining and parallel to the south line -
<br />of said N,, W. 1/4 and particularly 'bounded and described as folloviBI.—
<br />Beginning at a point on the south line of said X* W. 1/4 distant
<br />8f,91 chains from the west "line of said NOV, 1/4; thence .,eeot -Crlorig
<br />said south line 129644 feetmox6 or ie'ss, to a point opposite to
<br />Survey Station 155 of the Jacobs Road Survey made by the Highway Com-
<br />mission of San Joaquin County; thfipce north 20 feet; thence west
<br />parallel to and 20 feet from the south line of said N,,W. 1/4 to a
<br />point 8.91 chains distant easterly from the west line of said X. W.
<br />1/4; thence south 26 feet to point of cormnencementt
<br />Also a strip of land 20 feet wide adjoining the south line of
<br />the county road running east and west in -the center of said Sec* 7
