The metal deck has surface rust in scattered locations. The rust <br />is more predominant where the hold-down bolts penetrate. <br />There are transverse cracks and longitudinal cracks in the AC which are about 0.1 inches wide, spaced as close as 12 inches apart. <br />Refer to Photos 1 and 2. <br />The paint system on the soffit is faded and chalking.
