The piles were not exposed for visual inspection. No <br />Non-Routine Inspection Element Notes: <br />Non-Routine Inspection Element Notes: <br />Underwater (07/12/2021): Aside from the abrasion noted below under Defect 1190, no other defects were noted for any of the <br />columns of Bent 10. <br />Underwater (07/12/2021): There was abrasion of the concrete that has exposed course aggregate, extending from the mudline to <br />approximately 10 feet above the waterline on the two columns of Bent 10.
