(Photo 1 dated 11/04/2020). The <br />right side is similar with exposure over 6 feet without any undermining. (See Photo 4). The condition on the left side has been <br />previously reported and no significant changes were noted. The condition on the right side was noted during this investigation. <br />There is light surface rust throughout the noted pile can exposures. These pile cans are already downgraded for Scour. No defect is <br />warranted at this time. <br />At Pier 2, the piles cans at Columns 2 and 3 are exposed up to 9 inches. See Photo 3 dated 11/08/2018. <br />At Pier 3, all of the pile cans are exposed up to 3 feet. See Photo 2 dated 11/04/2020. <br />These conditions have been previously reported and no significant changes were noted.
