Approximately 18 inches of deck outside of the
traveled way is bare.
There were no significant defects noted.
There are multiple potholes up to 4 inches in diameter x depth of the AC layer present in the AC overlay along the centerline on each
side of the roadway striping. This condition appears to be due to the removal of the roadway reflectors. The condition does not
warrant a defect. See Photo 4 dated 03/08/2021.
There are three small potholes up to 2 inches in diameter x depth of AC layer in the Span 1 northbound lane near Abutment 1. (See
Photo 4 dated 03/08/2021). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted.
There are transverse cracks up to 0.125 inches spaced 6 to 12 inches on center in the deck wearing surface throughout the bridge.
The cracks are predominantly located over the supports. (See Photos 2 and 3 dated 03/08/2021). This condition has been previously
reported and no significant changes were noted. This condition effects approximately 20% of the area of AC.
In addition, there are similar longitudinal cracks present near the abutments. (See Photos 11 and 13 dated 03/25/2019). This
condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted.
(58) 7DECK RATING =
