The abutment quantity <br />includes the monolithic wingwalls. <br />There are delaminated areas less than one inch deep on the face of Abutment 1 right side (see Photo 16 from BIR 09/24/2021). <br />There are three piles exposed up to 13 inches in Bent 4 (Piles 3 through 5). See Photo 17 from BIR 09/24/2021. The remaining piles <br />were not exposed for visual inspection. No indication of pile distress was noted in any substructure element. <br />There is new shotcrete covering all the rock slope protection. There were no significant defects noted.
