There were no significant defects noted. <br />From the 09/02/2021 BIR: Bent 4 Piles 3 through 5 are exposed up to twelve inches (see Photos 15 and 16). <br />The streambed has aggraded since the last inspection and the piles are currently exposed up to six inches (see Photo 16). <br />There is new shotcrete covering all the rock slope protection (see Photo 17). There were no significant defects noted.
