It appears that this is an as-built condition and is not an <br />issue at this time. It is mentioned as a reference for future inspection (see 2021 archived photo 9). <br />There is a 4 inch diameter hole x 2.5 inch deep with no exposed rebar in the right face of Bent 4 Column 1. The hole appears to be a <br />fabrication defect (see photo 4). <br />There were no significant defects noted. <br />The pile element is included to indicate the presence of piles on this structure. The piles were not exposed for visual inspection.
