See Photo 4.
There is a 4 foot long x full lane width AC patch at both abutments in the northbound lane.
There are numerous random soffit spalls up to 6 inches in diameter and 1 inch deep in Span 1. These appear to be caused
by a unsheltered encampment fire near Abutment 1. See Photos 2 and 4 compared to the 03/01/2017 Photos 2 and 3, this
condition has remained unchanged. Approximately 33% of the soffit in Span 1 is effected.
There are pattern soffit cracks in Span 1 up to 0.01 inch wide and spaced as close as 6 inches on center. These appear to
be caused by an unsheltered encampment fire near Abutment 1.
The deck wearing surface on the northbound lane is chipping off. This condition is primarily along the centerline of the lane
and spreads out at both abutments.
