The deck was inspected by walking on <br />the bridge deck. The underside of the deck, superstructure and substructure were inspected from the ground under the bridge. The <br />submerged portions of Bent 3 were inspected by wading and probing. A complete routine bridge inspection was performed. <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />The Routine-Map View was replaced during this inspection Cycle. See Photo 1. <br />DECK AND ROADWAY <br />There are 0.25 inch wide, sporadically spaced transverse and longitudinal cracks present in the AC approaches at both ends of the <br />bridge.
