There is a one foot by six <br />inch by three inch deep spall with exposed rusted rebar toward the bottom left side of Pier 2. See Photo 7. <br />There is up to three feet of abrasion with exposed secure coarse aggregate along both sides of Pier 2 original structure (see Photo <br />8). <br />There were no significant defects noted.
