This defect is co-located with the noted <br />cracking in this area. (See Photo 3). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />There are three delaminations up to 6 inches in diameter in the exterior face of the left headwall. (See Photo 3 dated 09/20/2018). <br />This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />There is a full-height diagonal crack up to 0.05 inches wide near the right side of both abutments. There is a similar crack in the left <br />side of Abutment 1. (See Photo 3 and archived Photos 2 and 3 dated 09/22/2022). This condition has been previously reported and <br />no significant changes were noted. <br />The left invert is exposed vertically up to 18 inches over 8 foot wide centered around Cell 2. No undermining was noted. (See Photo 2 <br />dated 09/20/2018). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />There are pattern cracks up to 0.38 inches wide spaced as close as 4 inches on center in the southbound right wheel line.
