This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />There is AC overlay present throughout the RC slab surface except for sections 9 inches wide at the edges of the RC slab. <br />There is a spall up to 6 inches long x 2 inches wide x 0.5 inches deep in the AC overlay in the southbound lane at Abutment 1. See <br />Photo 4. <br />There are transverse cracks up to 0.125 inches wide spaced 6 to 12 inches on center in the AC overlay throughout the bridge. See <br />Photo 3. <br />There are longitudinal cracks up to 0.125 inches wide x 10 feet long randomly spaced at the abutments.
