No rebar <br />was exposed. This condition was confirmed by dragging a pole across the nose of Pier 2. (See Photo 9 dated 11/09/2022). This <br />condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />The submerged portions of the pier were probed and the spread footing was not detected. <br />This quantity includes monolithic wingwalls. <br />There were no significant defects noted.
