There was 6 inches of stagnant water in the creek below Cells 2 and 3 <br />during this investigation. Piers 2 and 3 were partially submerged and inspected with the aid of probing. All visible elements were fully <br />inspected. A complete routine inspection was performed. <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />A new routine map view photo was added during this investigation. See Photo 1. <br />DECK AND ROADWAY <br />There is a burnt timber post and two scorched timber posts in the left metal beam guard at the Abutment 5 approach rail due to a recent <br />fire in the area. See Photo 2. <br />SUBSTRUCTURE <br />There is a spall up to 14 inches wide x 4 inches tall x 2 inches deep in the left wingwall at Abutment 5. (See Photo 3). In addition, there <br />are diagonal cracks up to 0.02 inches wide and spaced as close as 3 feet on center in the face of the wingwall.
