See Photo 3. <br />There is a spall up to 6 inches in diameter x 1 inch deep with a single exposed and lightly rusted rebar at the upper left side of <br />Abutment 1. See Photo 4. <br />These conditions have been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />There are hairline pattern cracks with light to moderate efflorescence that are spaced as close as 3 feet on center in the face of both <br />abutments. <br />There are full-height diagonal and vertical cracks up to 0.05 inches wide and spaced 2 feet on center in the faces of both abutments <br />and the pier walls. See Photo 5. <br />There is a full height vertical crack up to 0.13 inches wide with light efflorescence and brown staining at the left side of Abutment 1 <br />that turns to horizontal at the soffit interface and runs to the left end of the span. See Photo 4. <br />These conditions have been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />The invert is exposed vertically up to 24 inches and horizontally up to 3 feet on the right side of Abutment 5 in Span 4 and extends up <br />to 20 feet to the end of the right wingwall, without undermining.
