Some of these spalls are co-located with the scour defect noted below and are not double counted here. See Photo <br />2. <br />There is a spall up to 5 inches long x 3 inches wide x 2 inches deep with exposed and rusted rebar along the left edge of deck near <br />Pier 3. See Photo 3. <br />These conditions have been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />There is a full-height vertical crack up to 0.04 inches wide with efflorescence and brown staining in the face of Abutment 5 near the <br />left wingwall. This crack continues approximately 3 feet into the soffit at this location. <br />There are full-height vertical cracks up to 0.05 inches wide spaced as close as 4 feet on center in the abutments and pier walls. See <br />Photo 4. <br />There is horizontal crack up to 0.02 inches wide x 15 foot long located 3 feet below the soffit in the face of Abutment 1. <br />These conditions have been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />The upstream invert is exposed up to 20 inches vertically in all spans without undermining. See Photo 5. <br />The downstream invert is exposed up to 6 inches vertically in Span 1 without undermining. Spans 2 and 3 have aggraded.
