A defect is not warranted at this time. <br />There are several full-width transverse cracks up to 0.01 inches wide near the ends of the bridge. These cracks are visible in the <br />bare shoulders on both sides and are reflective in the AC overlay. (See Photo 4). A defect is not warranted at this time. <br />These conditions have been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />There is a spall up to 4 inches in diameter x 1 inch deep, without exposed rebar, on the right edge of deck near the middle of Span 2. <br />(See Photo 5). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />There are longitudinal and transverse cracks up to 0.25 inches wide spaced as close as 6 inches on center. The most consolidated <br />cracks are near the abutments. (See Photos 2 and 3 dated 06/08/2022).
