There was approximately 18 inches of <br />freeboard above the waterline, Pier 2 was submerged. The substructure and soffit of Spans 1 and 2 were inspected from the canal banks <br />and the deck with a remote camera on a pole. A complete routine inspection was performed. <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />New routine roadway and elevation photos were taken and a new routine map view photo was added during this investigation.
