(See Photo 6 dated 11/03/2020). This <br />condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />There were no significant defects noted. <br />At Bent 2, all three columns have patched spalls up to 12 inches tall x 0.5 inches wide. (See Photo 7 dated 11/03/2020). On the Span <br />1 side the patches have failed on all three columns. See Photos 1 through 3. <br />At Bent 4, on the Span 4 side of Column 2, there is a spall up to 12 inches tall x 6 inches wide x 1 inch deep with exposed and rusted <br />bar with up to and estimated 1% section loss. (See Photo 8 dated 11/03/2020). This condition has been previously reported and no <br />significant changes were noted. <br />There is abrasion on all of the columns that exposes sound large aggregate. The exterior columns are the most severe. (See Photo 9 <br />dated 11/03/2020).
