This column is <br />downgraded via Element 1190 - Abrasion. <br />The surface of the columns are abraded, exposing sound large aggregate in the concrete. (See Photo 2 dated 11/03/2020). This <br />condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />This quantity includes monolithic wingwalls. <br />There is light abrasion that exposes sound aggregate in the upstream corner of Abutment 1 and the right wingwall. There is a similar <br />condition throughout the length of Abutment 3. (See Photo 4 dated 11/03/2020). This condition has been previously reported and no <br />significant changes were noted. <br />There is a scour hole up to 20 feet long x 5 feet wide x 2 feet deep on the left side of Abutment 3. (See Photo 3 dated 11/03/2020). <br />This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />There were no significant defects noted.
