The deck was inspected by walking on the bridge deck. The <br />underside of the deck, superstructure and substructure were inspected by wading under the bridge. Both abutments and Bent 2 was <br />inspected by wading and probing. A complete routine bridge inspection was performed. <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />The Routine-Map View was updated. Refer to Photos 6. <br />WATERWAY <br />The channel cross section was spot checked during this inspection and there was no significant change in the critical elevations when <br />compared to the channel cross section taken on 1/13/20. <br />This structure has unknown foundation. A Scour Plan of Action dated 08/11/2010 is on file. Aside from the completed countermeasures, <br />the plan calls for regular monitoring of the bridge site and daily inspection as a part of their maintenance schedule. <br />There was 3 cubic yards of debris build up in Span 3. This should be removed before it catches onto one of the columns and causes <br />localized scouring.
