There was up to 6 inches of ponded water in the creek below Spans 1 <br />and 2 during this investigation. Pier 2 was submerged in 4 inches of water and inspected through clear water with the aid of waders and <br />probing. All visible elements were fully inspected. A complete routine inspection was performed. <br />WATERWAY <br />NBI Item #113 is a U - Unknown Foundation and a Scour Plan of Action dated 08/11/2010 is on file in BIRIS.
