See Photo <br />1 dated 11/08/2018. <br />There is a partially patched spall up to 6 inches in diameter x 1 inch deep in the right edge of the soffit in Span 2. See Photo 5 dated <br />11/08/2018. <br />These conditions have been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />There were no significant defects noted. <br />There is abrasion throughout the pier walls that exposes sound large aggregate. (See Photos 2 and 3 dated 11/08/2018).
