The sag previously reported at bent 7 was remediated when the timber bent cap at bent 7 <br />was partially replaced. See photo 7. <br />There are several places in the wearing surface where potholes have been patched. <br />There is a pothole in Span 5 that is about 6 feet in diameter. See photo 13. <br />There are transverse cracks up to 0.1 inch wide by 10 feet long spaced at approximately 16 inches in the deck AC overlay. <br />There are a few cracks that are greater than 0.50 inches wide. <br />There were no significant defects noted.
