There are longitudinal soffit cracks up to 0.25 inches wide with edge spalling located 6 to 8 inches from the left edge of deck and located within 3 to 6 feet of Pier 2. (See Photos 7 and 8 dated 03/19/2019). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. There is a single longitudinal crack up to 0.25 inches wide x full intermittent bridge length along the centerline of the AC overlay. See Photo 3. The paint appears to have been placed for visibility and did not warrant Element 515 Protective Coating - Paint. The paint obscured minor cracks and distress. The exterior face of the bridge rail exhibited scaling and the top layer of cementitious material was not in place. The condition did not warrant a defect. There were no significant defects noted.
