(See Photos 7 and 8 dated 03/19/2019). This condition has been previously reported and no <br />significant changes were noted. <br />There is a single longitudinal crack up to 0.25 inches wide x full intermittent bridge length along the centerline of the AC overlay. The paint appears to have been placed for <br />visibility and did not warrant Element 515 Protective Coating - Paint. The paint obscured minor cracks and distress. <br />The exterior face of the bridge rail exhibited scaling and the top layer of cementitious material was not in place. The <br />condition did not warrant a defect. <br />There were no significant defects noted.
