(See Photo 4 dated 03/08/2021). This condition has been previously reported and no
significant changes were noted.
There are some moderate spalls, up to 3 feet long x 6 inches high x 5 inches deep with exposed longitudinal rebar with moderate
corrosion present in the bottom corners of the RC slab. (See Photos 8 to 13 dated 03/19/2019). This condition has been previously
reported and no significant changes were noted.
There are longitudinal and transverse cracks up to 0.25 inches wide widely spaced present throughout the AC overlay. The cracking
affects approximately 5% of the total deck area. The paint appeared to have been placed for
visibility and did not warrant Element 515 Protective Coating - Paint. The paint obscured minor cracks and distress.
The exterior face of the bridge rail exhibited scaling and the top layer of cementitious material was not in place. The
condition did not warrant a defect.
There were no significant defects noted.
