This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were <br />noted. <br />It is unclear whether there are wingwalls or not due to the presence of full-height slope protection. See Photo 3 of the 11/01/2016 <br />inspection. <br />There were no significant defects noted. <br />The pier caps are abraded with exposed aggregate throughout. Approximately 20% of the length of the caps exhibit loose or missing <br />aggregate. (See Photo 6 dated 11/02/2020). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />There were no significant defects noted.
