This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />This quantity includes monolithic wingwalls. <br />There were no significant defects noted. <br />Slope embankment is scoured along the full width of Abutment 1, exposing the pile cap vertically up to 24 inches and there are two <br />locations where the pile cap is undermined up to 6 inches. z(See Photo 2 dated 11/02/2020). This condition has been previously <br />reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />The pile element is included to indicate the presence of piles on this structure. The piles were not exposed for visual inspection. No <br />indication of pile distress was noted in any substructure element. <br />This quantity accounts for the RSP at Abutment 1 and the gabian baskets at Abutment 4. <br />The concrete riprap at Abutment 1 is sliding down the embankment due to scour. (See Photo 2 dated 11/02/2020). This condition has <br />been previously reported and no significant changes were noted.
