The paint did not warrant Element <br />515, Steel Coating - Paint. <br />A minor distortion was present on the bridge rail on the left side of the bridge. The top edge of the metal beam was <br />deflected downward approximately 1 inch over a section approximately 8 inches in length between Posts 5 and 6. Based <br />on a comparison to the 03/25/2019 Photo 18, this condition has remained unchanged. <br />Defect 7000 has been included to account for the conditions noted under Defect 1900.
