There is about 1/2" deep of <br />stream flowing through center pier (low end of transverse slope of invert). <br />WORK RECOMM./REMARKS: Immediate repairs: replace damaged wooden block on railing post and re- <br />attached new terminal unit. <br />Programmed repair: Replace MBGR with thrie beam bridge railing.
