Type: Abut.: Concrete abutments & wing walls. <br />7 Bent: No. of Span: 2 w/Center concrete Pier <br />Invert: Concrete slab <br />Condition: Good, no signs of any cracks within the structure, found scour damage on the <br />outlet end of invert, scour depth about 1'. <br />CHANNEL Type: Native material, heavy vegetation growth along the banks, and water in channel. <br />Condition: Heavy vegetation growth along the banks, and channel depth about 18" below the <br />invert of bridge, an indication of channel degradation. There is about 1/2" deep of <br />stream flowing through center pier (low end of transverse slope of invert). <br />WORK RECOMM./REMARKS: Immediate repairs: replace damaged wooden block on railing post and re- <br />attached new terminal unit. <br />Programmed repair: Replace MBGR with thrie beam bridge railing.
