The left wingwalls are not monolithic. <br />There is a shallow spall from a failed patch up to 12 inches long x 12 inches wide in the right side of Abutment 3. (See Photo 9). This <br />condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />There is a horizontal line of efflorescence and scaling along the construction joint between the girder diaphragm and the top of the <br />abutment in Bays 3 and 4 at both abutments. (See Photo 3 dated 06/14/2068). This condition has been previously reported and no <br />significant changes were noted. <br />The pile element is included to indicate the presence of piles on this structure. The piles were not exposed for visual inspection. No <br />indication of pile distress was noted in any substructure element.
